Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver within Greater London using external couriers.
For deliveries outside Greater London, please place your order through the Selfridges website:, which offers delivery across England, Wales, and Scotland.
To check if we deliver to your area, please use the postcode checker on the cart page.

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £16 at check out. This rate covers up to the equivalent of four bouquets. If your order exceeds this volume, we may contact you to discuss additional delivery charges.

2. Delivery Dates

At checkout, please choose a delivery date on which the recipient is able to receive the order. We will always do our best to deliver on the chosen day. However, if we are unable to prepare your order for that date because of flower supply, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date or suggest a suitable substitution.

3. Delivery Times & Delays

At checkout, you will be asked to select a preferred delivery time slot.
Please note that all cut-off times and delivery time slots are based on UK time (GMT/BST).

Monday to Saturday

- Early delivery slot: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
 • Orders must be placed by 6 pm the previous day.
 • For Monday deliveries, the cut-off time is 1 pm on Sunday.

- Late delivery slot: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
 • Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm on the same day.

Sunday

- Delivery time slot: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
 • Orders must be placed by 6:00 pm on Saturday.

Please note that specific delivery times cannot be requested.
We will always do our best to deliver within your selected time slot; however, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to traffic, weather, or seasonal demand.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

For delivery requests outside the listed time slots, please contact the shop directly.

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, time-specific requests cannot be accepted.

4. Recipient Not Available & Safe Place Delivery

If you have given consent on the cart page to leave the flowers in a safe place:

  • We will follow that instruction.
  • Responsibility for the order passes to you once it has been delivered to the agreed safe place, therefore we cannot accept liability or offer refunds or replacements for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery to the safe place.

    If no consent is given:

    • We will try to contact the recipient first, and if unreachable, the sender.
    • If neither can be reached, the flowers will be returned to our shop.
    • In such cases, redelivery fees will apply, freshness cannot be guaranteed without an additional payment, and refunds will not be issued.

    5. Address Errors

    • Please ensure delivery addresses are entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays and additional fees.
    • If redelivery or address correction is required due to an error provided by the customer, any additional courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

    6. Hotels & Hospitals

If you’d like to send flowers to these places, please be aware of the following:

    • Hotels: Please provide both the reservation name and the room number.
    • Hospitals: Please check in advance whether flowers are permitted.
