- Hold the knife as you would when peeling an apple.
- Pull the knife toward yourself while gently pulling the flower stem in the opposite direction to make a clean cut.
- After use, always wipe the blade with a cloth before folding it closed to keep it clean.
- Please take extra care when opening and closing the blade.
